Free shipping on every order

Shipping is included in the price. We deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Where we deliver

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Europe within 1 business day to the European Union, and within 2 business days to the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Orders placed after 1 pm (Italian time), at the weekend or on a public holiday count from the next business day.

Delivery

We ship with express couriers, with tracking. Once your order has left the warehouse, we email you the tracking details.

United Kingdom

Prices in pounds include UK VAT at 20%. Somnia Technologies S.r.l. is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom (GB519151010) and is the importer of your order. We handle and pay customs duty and clearance. The price at checkout is the total. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland are delivered duties paid. Customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are included. The price at checkout is the total. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Your address

Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment at your cost, or a refund less the costs incurred.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel at any time before your order ships. Email support@qimora.com.

If something arrives damaged or incomplete

Email support@qimora.com straight away, with photos if you can. Once we have checked it, we arrange the return at our cost and send a replacement or a full refund.
